YMB Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Access

Tube Mastery Hub (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) agrees to provide access to the YouTube Mastery for Bossess Programme (“the Course”) through the Groove Member platform ("the Platform") to Clients in consideration for the agreed course fee.

By accessing the Course, you (“Client”, “Student”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

You acknowledge that these Terms constitute a binding agreement between Tube Mastery Hub and yourself.

2. Fees and Payment

Access to the YouTube Mastery for Bossess Programme is hinged on the confirmed receipt of the agreed fee in advance and complete registration by the Client.

Accepted payment methods are strictly via online channels on the Course Platform and via direct bank transfer where that is preferred.

Tube Mastery Hub does not store or have access to Clients’ card details or payment details. Online payments are solely processed by the payment processor of the Client’s choosing on the Platform.

3. Payment Default Policy

In the event that you default on an installment payment, your access to the Course will be limited to the access level specified in your enrolment terms. Access to the coaching community will be temporarily suspended until your outstanding payment is completed.

Permanent Payment Discontinuation:

If you permanently discontinue payments, your access will remain at this limited level, and access to the coaching community will be permanently revoked. While this limited access allows for partial use of the Course, it is important to understand that achieving the intended results may be difficult without full access to all Course resources. To ensure you receive the full benefits and support, we encourage you to complete your payments in full.

4. Term and Duration

This agreement grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials for the duration of their lifetime, as defined herein.

(i) Lifetime Access:  The term "lifetime access" refers to the period during which the Company makes the Course materials available on the designated course platform ("the Platform"). The Client’s access to the course materials shall continue for as long as the Course remains offered and supported by the Company.

(ii). Platform Access: Access to the course materials shall be provided through the Platform, which requires internet access and a valid login. The Company reserves the right to change the Platform or method of delivery, provided that reasonable access to the course materials is maintained for the Client.

(iii). Business Cessation: In the event that the Company ceases its business operations or discontinues the Course, the Company shall issue a minimum of twelve (12) months' advance notice to the Client. During this notice period ("the Notice Period"), the Client will have the opportunity to download and retain the course materials for their own lifetime. After the conclusion of the Notice Period, access to the course materials via the Platform will be terminated, and no further updates, support, or additional content will be provided.

(iv). Modifications and Discontinuance: The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Platform or the course materials at its discretion. The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure continued access to the course materials in such events.

(v). Limitations: The lifetime access granted herein is for the Client’s personal use only and is not transferrable. Any unauthorised sharing, distribution, or sublicensing of the course materials is prohibited and may result in termination of access.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

This governs the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled in relation to the purchase of the Course offered by the Company through its website or other distribution channels.

(i) No Refunds

By purchasing the Course, the Client acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

(ii) Immediate Access to Materials

Upon full or partial payment, the Client will receive immediate access to the Course materials, including but not limited to the course content, videos, resources, and bonuses. As such, the Client understands and agrees that, due to the digital nature of the materials and the proprietary strategies contained therein, refunds or cancellations will not be provided once the purchase is done.

(iii) Commitment to Programme

The Course is designed for long-term success and requires consistent effort and commitment on the part of the Client. The Client acknowledges that the strategies which will be taught take time to implement, and as a result, success may not be immediate. No specific results are guaranteed. The Client further agrees that failure to achieve desired outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation of the purchase.

(iv) Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for assessing whether the Course aligns with their goals prior to enrolling. The Company encourages the Client to thoroughly review all Course information and consult with the Company if necessary before making a purchase decision.

(v) No Chargebacks or Disputes

By purchasing the Course, the Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes with their credit card provider or other payment processors. In the event of a chargeback, the Company reserves the right to suspend the Client’s access to all Course materials, bonuses, and any associated services until the chargeback has been resolved.

6. Client’s Responsibility

You accept and agree that you are 100% responsible for your progress and results from the Course. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing.

You fully understand that the results experienced by each participant may significantly vary. Course content and process are intended for a general audience and do not purport to be, nor should they be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual.

Such suspension or revocation will be at the sole discretion of the Company.

(v). Support Group Availability
